Initial Consultation (New Client)
We offer a free 1/2 hour initial consultation in our office to new clients. The initial consultation includes a wide variety of legal matters, including the review of documents, but does not include drafting any documents. Initial consultations over 1/2 hour in length will be billed at a reduced rate of $50.00 per 1/2 hour for each 1/2 hour after the first, or any portion of the 1/2 hour. Duration: 30 minutes |

Incorporation or Limited Liability Company Formation
A 1/2 hour consultation is included in the cost of forming a corporation or llc. Any consultations that extend beyond 1/2 hour will be billed at a rate of $50 per 1/4 hour. Duration: 30 minutes |

Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning
A 1/2 hour consultation is included in the cost of the preparation of any estate planning documents. Wills, trusts, and pre-need documents are billed at a flat rate. Consultations that extend beyond 1/2 hour are billed at a rate of $50 per 1/4 hour. Duration: 30 minutes |
